If you are experiencing pain in your neck, shoulders, or back, you might be experiencing whiplash. Symptoms may also come in the form of stiffness, tenderness, muscle spasms, or discomfort. Some patients report dizziness and a lack of sleep because of the injury.

Auto accident injury is the most common cause of whiplash. This injury can also be the result of a fall, a sports collision, or similar accidents.

While some cases of whiplash are mild enough to heal on their own, other cases are severe enough to require professional care from a chiropractor.
